It is likely TOP will be by latest 2nd Quarter of 2018. There are only balance 15 units left direct from developer, 4 & 5 bedroom units with 1 last penthouse. Would you need more info about the availability and pricing? May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? I have 3 different answers from 3 different agent, one is by end of 2018, one is June 2018, and the other one is by March 2018. Facepalm, not Coco Palm now!

I am confused. Is the TOP latest by June 2018 or estimated by end of 2018? I hate it when agent doesn't know what they are talking about. Either the previous agent information is wrong, or you provided the wrong information. I need to know which website can confirm this information.

As you can see clearly, the indicative status of TOP of Coco Palms is Q2 2018, and on paper they are legally required to hand over the units by June 2019. You probably pass by the project often, and you can see how its shaping up nicely.
